Artist Shlomo Tuvia joins the CCM Museum

San Giovanni La Punta (CT), 24 January 2023 – On 21 January 2023, after the successes of Los Angeles, Aspen, Houston and the awards obtained in Japan, the Israeli artist Shlomo Tuvia, who moved to Los Angeles, joined the part of the artists of the CCM Museum.

The President of the CCM Museum Mariagrazia Minio and the Co-founder Carmelo Fabio D’Antoni Master of Art were present at the presentation of the works and of the artist, who thus described the artist’s work “With his personal pictorial technique, in a symbolic figurative, through faces, elaborate colors and dreamlike details, Master Shlomo Tuvia offers us, through his works, elaborate memories and deep emotions in which the viewer can identify himself”.

Son of deaf-mute parents who survived the Holocaust, he began to paint to communicate with them, his works are therefore the precious fruit of an inspiration of the soul and a difficult life experience that Master Shlomo Tuvia had to elaborate alone.

Shlomo Tuvia, born in 1958 is one of the most intriguing and influential artists of the Jewish community of our time.

The patient self-taught research also takes inspiration from the great masters such as Salvator Dalì, Picasso and Modigliani, research and talent that day after day led him to refine an artistic expression of great emotional impact, sometimes surrealist and sometimes expressionist.

Residing with his family in the San Fernando Valley, Maestro Shlomo Tuvia works primarily from his studio in Malibu.

He recently showcased his work at the LA Art Show at the LA Live complex located in downtown Los Angeles and has sold his artwork to great acclaim in Japan.

His work is on display in several galleries throughout Los Angeles, including the MRG Fine Art Gallery, and he has been selected to showcase his work in one of Italy’s most renowned galleries in Rome and Milan.
